Fun, activity and connection for all ages and abilities was the focus for the $1.3million redevelopment of this recreational space by Central Coast Council.
Designed with community input to meet the needs of Green Point’s growing population, the regional sized outdoor hub combines sporting, playground and recreation facilities.
Fun Solution
Alongside the nature play area, the popular six-metre Eagle’s Nest caters for a large number of users with climbing chimneys, ladders, scramble nets and four nets to chill out in, while the Mini Bird’s Nest Tree is a cute alternative for the littlies.
Sensory play is covered with a mirror, drums and the weather and vandal resistant Play Chimes Musical Instrument, hand-tuned to the highest quality and supplied with a pair of small tethered beaters. While to really ramp up the senses, the Bimbo Basket Swing swings multiple users 360 degrees.
